Return Policy

For items purchased at Christopher William Jewelers or on ChristopherWilliamJewelers.com, returns for a refund are accepted within 15 days and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. All returns require the original sales receipt or packing list and must be made by the original purchaser. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive credit for items purchased through in-store financing. Please refer to your printed receipt or invoice, as the return policy may vary on the item(s) purchased. Sized, altered, special ordered items and custom items may not be exchanged or returned. If you are unable to locate a copy of your receipt or have questions regarding our return policy, please contact a sales representative for more information at orders@christopherwilliamjewelers.com.

For your convenience, online purchases may also be returned to the Christopher William Jewelers store.

How to Return or Exchange a ChristopherWilliamJewelers.com Purchase via Mail

When you receive your purchase from ChristopherWilliamJewelers.com, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, call us toll free at (800)627-8583 or email us at orders@ChristopherWilliamJewelers.com. The returned item should be insured for its full value when shipping back to the store. Christopher William Jewelers is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping. Upon receipt of your return, with all the required information and materials, we will either ship a replacement or issue a credit to the purchaser's original form of payment. Credit processing will occur as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 business days of the receipt of merchandise.
